With just 12 days to go until the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025, the tournament’s official song is out now.

Jeeto Baazi Khel Ke, produced by Abdullah Siddiqui with lyrics by Adnan Dhool and Asfandyar Asad and performed by the widely-known singer Atif Aslam, encapsulates the passion and excitement of the cricketing action to come at the marquee International Cricket Council (ICC) event in Pakistan and the UAE, the ICC reported.

The accompanying music video celebrates Pakistan’s rich culture, showcasing its vibrant streets, markets and stadiums, while capturing the spirit of cricket fans across the globe. The song is now available for streaming on popular audio platforms worldwide.

Lead singer Atif Aslam expressed his excitement about being a part of the song, labelling it as a ‘special moment’.

“I am very fond of cricket and always wanted to be a fast bowler. Having a deep passion for the game, I understand the adrenaline of the crowd, their cheers, and the emotional highs of every match,” he said.

“I have always looked forward to the India-Pakistan games, which are filled with excitement and sentimental value. Being part of the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 official song is a special moment for me.”

ICC Chief Commercial Officer Anurag Dahiya emphasised the importance of the song in generating excitement ahead of the tournament.

“We are delighted to launch the official event song for the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025. With less than two weeks to go, this song is a true representation of Pakistan’s cricketing identity and serves as a celebration of the Champions Trophy.”

Tournament Director and PCB Chief Operating Officer Sumair Ahmad Syed hailed the release of the song as a significant milestone on the road to the global event.

“With the launch of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 official song, we mark another thrilling moment leading up to the tournament. Atif Aslam has delivered incredible anthems for the PSL, and we have no doubt that this song will ignite the passion of cricket fans,” he said.

Syed said they were confident that stadiums, particularly in Pakistan, would be filled with energy and enthusiasm as fans rallied behind their teams.

The highly anticipated event, scheduled from February 19 to March 9, will see the world’s top eight teams compete across 15 intense matches in Pakistan and the UAE.
