KARACHI: Pakistan Sports Board has approved training camps for 26th Asian Athletics Championships in Korea and SAAF Athletics Championships in India.

“PSB has approved establishment of national athletics training camp with the strength of 25 athletes and four local coaches from March 11 to April 30 in Islamabad. “The regularization of training camp of Arshad Nadeem, Athlete & Salman Butt, Coach from December 9, 2024 to March 9, 2025 at PSB CC, Lahore, is also approved followed by continuation of camp from March 10 to April 30 at the same venue,” stated Sohail Gill, Assistant Director (training), PSB in a notification.

The notification further stated that the PSB will provide different facilities to the camp participants including boarding charges, lodging charges, washing allowance, camp allowance, and daily allowance.
