KARACHI: OGDCL scored 225 runs for the loss of three wickets in their second innings against Ghani Glass here Monday at the UBL Sports Complex.

Saqib Sameer was not out on 82 while Abdul Rehman Muzammil scored 57 runs. In the match at the NBP Sports Complex, PTV declared their first innings at 531-9 in response to Eshal Associates’ 164 runs. 20-year old Shamil Hussain batted brilliantly and scored 229 runs. It was Shamil Hussain’s first century in first-class cricket. Muhammad Shahzad played an innings of 104 runs. Eshaal Associates were 46-2 in their second innings at the end of play. Azan Owais was not out on 26.

Meanwhile, SNGPL were bowled out for 334 runs in the first innings against KRL at the State Bank Stadium. KRL scored 266 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in their first innings at the end of the game. Waqar Ahmed scored 122 runs. At the KCCA Stadium, State Bank scored 304-7 in their first innings in response to Wapda’s 250. Umar Amin scored 136 runs. Naqeebullah took three wickets.
