LAHORE: The Punjab contingent’s two-week training camps officially commenced on Tuesday at various venues within the Nishtar Park Sports Complex (NPSC) as part of their preparation for the 35th edition of the National Games. The games are set to take place in Karachi from May 1.

The training camps are being conducted across specialised venues to provide tailored support for each sport. Director General Khizar Afzaal Chaudhry visited the camps to monitor training methods and assess athletes’ progress. During his visit, he also inspected the mess facilities to ensure the food quality and cleanliness provided to athletes met high standards.

The Director General encouraged athletes to approach their training with full dedication and determination, emphasizing the importance of hard work in achieving success at the National Games.
