ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Judge Tahir Abbas Supra has granted judicial custody to Umm Hassan and other accused arrested in the case of interference in the government and alleged firing on government employees and later approved their bail application after arrest.
During the hearing on Wednesday, Umm Hassan and other accused were presented in court after completing their two-day physical remand and the police requested further physical remand of Umm Hassan and other accused.
The court rejected the request for further physical remand of the accused and ordered Umm Hassan and other accused to be sent to jail on judicial remand.
Later, the lawyers filed bail applications for all the accused including Umm Hassan, on which after arguments, the court approved bail against bonds worth Rs5,000 and ordered their release.
