Fees may apply for posting Material in specific areas of the Service ("Paid Material”). These fees are non-refundable if Material is removed for violating terms. Additional terms for Paid Material will be specified in relevant sections.

Posting Agents

The use of Posting Agents is prohibited without express written permission from the Company. Posting Agents may not post Material on behalf of others or access the Service for this purpose.

No Spam Policy

Sending unsolicited emails or communications through the Company’s systems is prohibited. The Company may monitor emails for spam or scams and may report violations to relevant authorities under Pakistan’s cyber crimes legislation.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• Consequential, indirect, special, or exemplary damages.

You may only advertise properties that are currently available. The Company does not verify property details and is not liable for inaccuracies.

Call Recording

Some brokers may use call recording services for quality purposes. By using the Services, you consent to having your calls recorded.

Ad Services Package

If you are a Client or Customer:

• The Company may publish information you provide and is not liable for confidentiality breaches.
• The Company may make changes to the Ad Services Package and will notify Clients accordingly.
• Liability for direct losses is limited to the amount paid for the Ad Services Package.

General

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any incorporated documents, constitute the entire agreement. The Company may modify these Terms, and Users should review them regularly. Any invalid provisions will not affect the remaining terms.

The Company may assign its rights and obligations. Notices are served personally or by email. The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to external causes.

These Terms are governed by Pakistani law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lahore courts. Translations of these Terms will favor the English version.
